Therapist Holland, Ohio 43528 Racing for Recovery is a
comprehensive wellness center dedicated to promoting holistic

substance abuse recovery, emphasizing a wellness journey that
integrates mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health. We

Responsibilities: Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
with clients to address mental health concerns. Conduct a thorough
diagnostic assessment using interviews, observation of
participants, gather information from collateral sources, and
testing. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including
psychiatrists and social workers, to develop comprehensive
treatment plans. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in acute
distress. Participate in regular supervision, mandatory team
meetings, staff-in services, and ongoing training. Full Time

401K PTO Holidays Requirements: Job Requirements: Licensed in Ohio
– LSW, LPC, LISW, LPCC, LISW, LICDC (-CS or -S a plus) Strong
interpersonal and communication skills, documentation and
recordkeeping, and knowledge, understanding, and implementation of
ASAM Level of Care. Empathy, patience, and a strong commitment to
helping individuals on their path to recovery. Knowledge of
substance abuse treatment and counseling techniques Ability to
maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgement. Familiarity
with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality.
Ability to work full time, Monday – Friday. Flexibility with after
business hours, evenings, rotation shifts: weekends, holidays
possible.
