Role Description This is a part-time, remote LCSW Supervisor opportunity in California. The LCSW Supervisor will be licensed in California. They will oversee and guide licensed and pre-licensed social workers and mental health professionals, providing individual, triadic and/or group supervision sessions. The supervisor will also ensure adherence to regulatory standards and organizational requirements while fostering professional development among team members. Qualifications LCSW license in California Strong foundation in Mental Health and Behavioral Health, with the ability to provide guidance on complex cases Exceptional communication and leadership skills for effective supervision Current LCSW licensure with relevant supervisory experience Familiarity with applicable regulations and legal requirements in the mental health field Ability to work independently in a remote capacity. Experience in training or mentoring other professionals is preferred
