Customer Service Representative

A global automotive manufacturing company is currently seeking a
Customer Service Representative to support their office in the
Canton, Michigan area. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to
3 years' work experience in office administration, sales support,
and / or customer service, and a positive, team-oriented mindset.
This is a full-time, direct hire position.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities Include:
Communicate with customers in regard to order status, logistics
tracking, questions and issues, etc. via phone and email
Update logistics information, purchase orders, and sales orders in
the company system(s)
Assist with product pricing and provide quotations to customers
Interface with other departments and offices to ensure timely
delivery of products
Creation of sales reports and miscellaneous documentation for upper
Other duties as assigned
Customer Service Representative Requirements Include:
Associate's degree in a business-related field preferred, OR
equivalent work experience
At least 2-3 years' work experience in Sales Support /
Coordination, Logistics, or Customer Support, preferably in a
Strong computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office
Good communication and collaboration ability in a multicultural
Strong problem-solving and time management skills
While performing the duties of this job you may be required to
intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in
excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to
handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop,
kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be
required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth
perception, and peripheral vision.
