Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and driven Purchasing Agent to join our team. The ideal person will be highly motivated, enthusiastic, have a positive attitude, and looking for a challenging growth opportunity in our business. They will be detail orientated, trainable, efficient, quick learner, and committed to excellent customer service.Responsibilities:

Review and approve customer purchase orders
Create customer orders
Create vendor purchase orders
Monitoring inventory levels and determining purchase needs
Verify purchase deliveries.
Building and maintaining positive, long-term supplier relations
Maintain electronic and physical inventory
Create, monitor, and close RMA's
Work with accounting to ensure proper paperwork is in order, suppliers follow billing procedures, and correct items are paid for.
Skills/Experience:
- Outstanding communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Microsoft Outlook experience
- Strong organization and documentation skills
