SHAPE THE FUTURE OF MOBILITY FROM DAY ONE.This position is part of our Signal & Power Solutions segment out of Troy, MI.Summary:Business Pursuit finance analyst who is team oriented for working with cross sectional staffs of management, including commercial, engineering, manufacturing, program management, and finance.Responsibilities:

• Finance team lead on business pursuit/quotation projects for developing the project business cases
• Finance team lead for preparing business case appropriation requests for securing funding approval
• Provide project finance updates for program gate reviews from appropriation request to launch this includes preparing the current program financials and the project program financial tracker
• Product profitability analysis
• Special studies as requiredMust Haves (Basic Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree in Business
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Project, Excel, Outlook, Skype, Teams, Visio, etc.)
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
  • Strong results-orientation and execution characteristics
  • Strong leadership skills, flexible, and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong ability to work with a team
  • Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and accomplish multiple conflicting tasks, make intelligent, timely decisions and solve problems independently

    • Master's degree
    • Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus in Finance or Accounting
    • 8+ years of experience in an automotive setting
    • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or automotive setting
