We're seeking a transportation safety technology analyst to join our growing team, working out of our headquarter location in Canton, MI. Reliable Carriers is North America's largest exotic, collector, and classic car transport company. Serving the worlds largest automotive brands since 1960.About the Role:This dynamic individual reports to our Director of Safety, and is responsible for working within our safety department to maintain Reliable's safety technology program for our fleet of 350 Drivers. You will serve as a champion of safety working closely with data, tech & compliance to reduce at-risk driving and accidents.Responsibilities:Oversees our safety technology data on a regular basis to ensure safe & efficient operation fleet-wide. Includes HOS data, dash cam event footage, driver training programs, etc.Reports trends in data to Director of Safety. Proactively reach out to drivers to offer support or coach as necessary.Support our drivers over the phone & in person with any safety technology issues, tech troubleshooting or questions. This includes supporting ELD and dashcams, hours of service, tablet, fuel, compliance, etc.Assign safety training coursework to drivers. Including monthly trainings, and incident based training when necessary. Report on training metrics to Director of Safety. Proactively reach out to any drivers as needed.Train new drivers during orientation on HOS and IFTA. How to use our tablet, which includes both our ELD and dashcam platform.Routinely maintains system data, ensuring complete accuracy and upkeep. Includes input and upkeep of driver, equipment info, device data, etc.Manage drivers Android work tablets via MaaS360. Support drivers with work tablets as needed.Manage driver EFS fuel cards.Manage fuel reporting process to ensure the accuracy and validity of fuel purchases.Provide fuel reporting as needed to our Safety and Accounting team.Directly execute administrative tasks as necessary to promote the timely execution of any matters pertaining to driver safety and vehicle assets or their related programs (HOS logs, fuel; permitting; registration & titling; etc...).Requirements:DOT knowledge / Fleet safety background preferred.Tech savvy and capable of working within a variety of software & on work tablets.This individual must be extremely organized and detail oriented.Ability to take on a variety of task and carry them out until completion.Benefits:Working with a winning team of the nations best car haulers, serving the worlds top auto brands.Full health & dental benefits: Blue Cross Blue Shield.Vision insurance.Life & Disability insurance.Paid Vacation and Sick days.Annual Profit-sharing bonus.Sign-on bonus $2,500.Full-Time, Salary Position.
