Job Description:
Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for innovation? Do

shape market growth? Join us as a Marketing Manager and take the
lead in driving success for our AM software solutions! As a
Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for expanding and
strengthening the market position of our additive manufacturing
(AM) software product line, including the renowned Magics suite and
CO-AM platform. Your primary focus will be on manufacturing service
providers leveraging 3D printing for production, as well as OEMs
integrating AM into their operations. You will collaborate closely
with our direct sales teams to drive customer acquisition and
growth while supporting our indirect sales network of OEMs,
distributors, and resellers. Additionally, you will work in tandem
with the segment marketing team at HQ, tailoring global product
marketing campaigns to best fit your regional market. What you will
do Develop and execute the annual regional marketing plan,
including digital lead generation campaigns, webinars, PR, training
sessions, and local events Manage the regional marketing budget and
ensure optimal resource allocation Adapt strategic marketing
initiatives into targeted regional campaigns Track, analyze, and
optimize marketing activities to ensure objectives are met, and
continuously improve effectiveness Your profile Bachelors degree in
marketing, business, economics, or a related field (or equivalent
experience) Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand and/or
marketing management, preferably in an international B2B technology
environment Proven ability to translate market insights into
compelling, multi-channel marketing campaigns Strong stakeholder
management skills and experience working in a matrix organization
Hands-on, proactive mindset with a structured and strategic
approach Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a
plus Excellent interpersonal, commercial, and presentation skills A
blend of strategic vision and operational execution capabilities
Experience in digital marketing channels is a plus What we offer
