Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:
Provide high quality customer service in a Call Center Environment.
Communications via phone, email, fax regarding customer instrument
troubleshooting (case creation) and status of orders, pricing,
availability of product, shipping methods and dates by interfacing
with appropriate internal depts. Responsible for all data entry of
reagent orders for US Clinical customers received via Email, Fax
and EDI and monitors group inbox. Communicates customer
expectations/orders/requirements to Mgmt as well as Shipping,
Production, and Acct Depts. Handles high volume, sometimes
escalated calls with professionalism and decorum ensuring customer
satisfaction. Resolve issues of customer order discrepancies
related to pricing, delivery, freight charges, etc., and reports
information to Mgmt. Maintains a strong, effective working
relationship with all levels of mgmt and external reps, developing
a reliable network of resources to facilitate service excellence
initiatives.
