TimePOSITION SUMMARYResponsible for providing a welcoming
environment for residents, guests, staff, and vendors.ESSENTIAL
FUNCTIONSAnswer main entry door in a timely fashion and follow
screening protocols for any person entering the communityClean,
disinfect and straighten main common area, which may include but
not be limited to: o Sanitize entry way, include door handles,
keypad, and other hard surfacesVacuum carpets, furniture, and
draperiesScrub and disinfect sink and toilet in public
restroomsDust and polish furniture and metalworkWash windows,
sills, and doorsDeep clean according to scheduleMove and straighten
furnitureAssist with meal set up, service, and clean up for
residentsAssist Life Enrichment with setting up,
cleaning/sanitizing, and monitoring throughout visits for
residentsParticipate in resident engagement activities as directed
by Life EnrichmentMaintain front porch appearance, by tidying up,
water plants, sweeping, etcStock, clean and maintain beverage/snack
stationSort mail for distributionAnswer phones, as neededPromote
positive relationships with residents, staff, and visitorsPerform
any other duties as requested within the scope of responsibility
and requirements of the job. May be required to assist at sister
communities upon requestSKILLS & ABILITIESEducation and Experience
High school diploma/GED required. Computer SkillsMust have
demonstrable knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office in a
Windows environment, with a capacity to master company specific
software.Other RequirementsAbility to multi-task, prioritize and
work with minimal supervisionEffective oral and written
communication skillsProfessional telephone etiquette and customer
service skillsSuperior communication and interpersonal
skillsCommunicate in a respectful and professional manner with
residents, families, co-workers and leadership staff at the
