Job DescriptionJob DescriptionActivity AssistantPart Time Activity Assistant needed for 80 person assisted living and memory care neighborhood. Training provided. This position reports directly to the Activity Director.Job Description of an Activity Aide:Responsibilities:

Assist and/or Lead Group Activities and Room Visits as assigned.
Engage neighbors.
Participate and complete assigned trainings.
Contribute to activity ideas and calendar.
Decorate neighborhoods.
Invite and Encourage neighbors to participate in activities.
Setup independent stations.
Show initiative and preparedness.
Follow directions as instructed from Activity Director.
Qualifications, Basic and Interpersonal Skills needed:
Compassionate, dependable, punctual, enthusiastic, caring, flexible, patient, observant, energetic and personable.
Willingness to learn and follow directions.
