Job Description:
The Specialist Fulfillment - Level 1 is responsible for
providing order processing support for fulfillment and/or provide
assistance in the preparation and distribution of prescription
medication via the use of the fulfillment system.Job
ResponsibilitiesNOTE: Level 1 is a non-registered and/or
non-licensed positionPerform manual packing duties including, but
not limited to, packing and shipping completed orders, verifying
accuracy, conformance to quality standards/specifications and
preparing packages for mailMay also be responsible for stocking
non-pharmaceutical products where allowed by pharmacy
regulationsOther non-registered and/or non-licensed

pharmacy, fulfillment and/or call center settingExperience
providing customer service to internal and external customers,
including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of
customer satisfactionBasic knowledge of and skills using MS
Windows, MS Office Suite and/or other similar operating/software
