Develop and lead execution of commodity strategy,
sourcing/negotiations, budget execution in alignment with KPI
metrics. Drive execution of buyer business plans and technical cost
reduction ideas. Lead resolution of supplier operations issues.
Define team members roles and responsibilities and manage to
maximize performance. Develop & lead high performing team that can
perform under ongoing pressure.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Required: Previous Purchasing experience in a supervisory
capacity; minimum of (5) years of experience
North America, South America, Europe and Asia (Up to 25%)
Primary English. Spanish/Japanese encouraged.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. SAP is preferred.
Office position/primarily sedentary
