- Pay package: Salary range: $560,000 to
$650,000/year (based on training and experience)

What You ll Do
- Provide adult and pediatric urology care focused on disorders
of the urinary tract and male reproductive system
- Perform office-based procedures such as cystoscopies, vasectomy
(under local), bladder/prostate biopsies, stent removal, and
related interventions
- Participate in surgical care with support from a team
experienced in minimally invasive and laparoscopic techniques
- Contribute to establishing and growing prostatectomy and
cystectomy programs supported by additional providers
- Collaborate with supportive medical staff, operations team, and
leadership to shape practice operations
- Maintain a balanced lifestyle with a defined call structure (no
more than 1:3 call, mostly phone consultation
off-hours)
- Use modern clinical tools and EMR (Cerner)
alongside advanced urologic diagnostic and treatment equipment
What You NeedRequired
- Urology board eligibility/certification: Board
Eligible/Board Certified Urology (as applicable)
- License/credentialing: Active and valid
credentials/licensure requirements will be handled per the
onboarding process (specific license state requirements not listed
in the posting)
Preferred
- Experience level is flexible: accepting residents, new
grads, and experienced physicians
- Familiarity with robotic and minimally invasive urology is a
strong fit given the equipment and case mix (not explicitly
required)
About the Assignment
This permanent urology opportunity is with a leading urology
practice serving Northwest Ohio, with access to advanced diagnostic
and treatment technology including multiple da Vinci Xi Surgical
Robots. You ll join a collaborative team providing care across a
broad region, with surgical cases at the main hospital and
additional surgical sites, plus light call coverage supported by a
24-hour in-house hospitalist service for ED admissions.
