working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in
Lansing, Michigan, 48912! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession:

Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience
required. - Level I trauma experience required. License: - State
nursing license must be active by start date. Certifications: -
ACLS - BCLS by AHA - PALS - TNCC - NIH Must-Have: - Interpretation
and management of dysrhythmias. - EPIC charting experience. -
Ability to work 3 weekends per 4-week schedule. - Acknowledgment of
high patient ratios (1:5-6 ratios, up to 8 depending on patient
volume). Description: This position requires extensive experience
in a fast-paced emergency department. The Registered Nurse will
work in a Level 1 trauma center. It is a Stroke Center and Heart
Center with a Pediatric Emergency Department. Staffing ratios can
range from 1:4-6 during the day and 1:5-7 at night. The nurse may
be required to float to the Pediatric ED if necessary. Weekend
shifts are required, with a possible schedule of 3 weekends
(Friday-Sunday) per 4-week schedule. Flexibility and adaptability
are essential due to the fluctuating patient load. Ongoing
education and training modules must be completed prior to starting.
Patient demographics include adolescents, infants, adults, and
geriatrics. Interdisciplinary support includes various specialized
teams. This role demands strong clinical skills and the ability to
manage multiple high-acuity cases effectively. Effective
communication and teamwork are essential for success in this
