Job Description:
Join Epic Special Education Staffing, a leader in providing
tailored educational services to children with special needs. We
are currently seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to operate
either onsite or in a hybrid setting. This role involves conducting
psychological assessments, contributing to the development of IEPs
(Individualized Education Plans), and implementing strategies to
promote student welfare and academic success in school
environments. Conduct psychological assessments and interpret
results to support educational planning and diagnosis. Collaborate
with teachers, parents, and other school staff to integrate
psychological services within the school environment. Develop and
monitor intervention strategies to promote student achievement.
Participate in the development and review of IEPs. Provide crisis
management services and support for students when necessary. Lead
workshops and training sessions for parents and staff on topics
related to student psychological health. Strong understanding of
psychological theories and practices relevant to education. Ability
to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Exceptional
communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in managing and
interpreting psychological tests and data. Experience with
behavioral interventions and cognitive-behavioral techniques.
