Job Description Job Description Occupational Therapist (OT) – Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation | Kingston Care Center of Sylvania, OH Full-Time or PRN | On-Site | Ohio OT License Required Kingston Care Center of Sylvania is hiring a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. In this role, you’ll design and implement therapy programs that help residents regain independence, improve daily living skills, and enhance their overall quality of life in a supportive, resident-focused environment in Sylvania, Ohio.
