Job Description Job Description Job Overview: We’re hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality therapy services to clients across pediatric and adult populations. This role combines assessment, treatment planning, individualized therapy, and family/caregiver collaboration to support communication, swallowing, and cognitive-communication goals. What You’ll Do: Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions in outpatient and/or telehealth settings Monitor client progress, document therapy sessions, and adjust plans as needed Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support client goals Educate clients and families on strategies to generalize skills outside therapy sessions Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities Maintain compliance with state licensure, insurance, and company policies Support CFY supervision if applicable Requirements Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current CCC-SLP certification from ASHA (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or eligible for CFY Valid state license or eligibility for licensure in practicing state Experience with pediatric and/or adult populations preferred Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable using electronic medical records (EMR) and teletherapy platforms Benefits Competitive salary based on experience and credentials Opportunities for professional growth, mentorship, and CFY supervision Positive, team-oriented company culture Support for continuing education and certification maintenance DL461
