Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary teams to design and implement personalized care plans. Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques, exercises, and treatments to promote lasting well-being. What We’re Looking For: Licensed Physical Therapist : Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license. 1 Years of Physical Therapy Experience : Prior experience preferred, but exceptional new graduates are encouraged to apply.
