Mammography Tech Location: Detroit, MI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,242 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position Job Title: Mammography Technologist Profession: Technologist Specialty: Mammography Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours, starting anywhere from 7 AM to 8:30 AM and ending at anywhere from 3:30 PM Experience: 2 years of Mammography experience required License: ARRT (M) Certification required Certifications: ARRT, BLS (AHA) Must-Have: - 2 years of Mammography experience - ARRT (M) Certification - BLS (AHA) Certification Description: Assists in breast biopsy procedures including needle localizations, stereotactic biopsies, and ductograms. Instructs and positions patients to obtain acceptable radiographs of diagnostic quality. Ensures work area meets appropriate standards of safety, equipment supply, and cleanliness levels. Manually enters data ensuring proper preparation for dictation and billing. Adheres to all policies and procedures. Permits one unscheduled absence and two tardies for contracts that are 13 weeks in duration. Exceeding this policy will result in termination of the contract effective immediately starting on the stated policy date. One or two Saturdays per month may be required, with a day off during the week if needed. Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS Skills Checklist Specialty Exam
