Encompass Health Corporation, a leader in integrated healthcare services, is seeking a dedicated Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and ensure that the highest standards of patient care are maintained in both our inpatient rehabilitation hospitals and home health services. This position will play a crucial role in managing our clinical operations and enhancing patient outcomes by providing leadership, guidance, and support to our nursing teams. The Nurse Supervisor will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that patient care is delivered with compassion, professionalism, and efficiency, in alignment with our commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare across all service settings. Oversee the daily operations of the nursing staff across various facilities and home care settings. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards. Manage staffing needs, including hiring, training, and evaluation of nurses. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement healthcare plans. Enhance patient satisfaction by ensuring all care needs and standards are met efficiently. Handle administrative duties such as maintaining records and preparing reports. Act as a liaison between healthcare staff, patients, and their families. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in healthcare management systems and compliant with healthcare laws Ability to mentor and motivate staff Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities Compassionate and patient-focused approach Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license BLS/ACLS certification preferred
