Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Midland, MI Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,222 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Provide direct patient care for oncology, step-down, and general medical overflow patients Administer medications and perform physician-ordered treatments Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care based on cancer pathophysiology Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to revise and update care plans Respond to call lights, alarms, and assist with transfers Accurately process and follow up on provider orders and medication changes Maintain accurate documentation and promote patient safety Requirements 2 years of Med Surg Experience - Required BLS & ACLS (AHA) - Required Oncology Experience - Required Travel Experience - Highly Preferred Epic Experience - Preferred Benefits • Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from First Day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. • 401K Plan. •"Your Way is Paid" – we pay for ALL employment requirements, onboarding, physicals, titers, etc. • $300 - $600 referral bonus.
