Type: 1099 Position: Locums to Perm Practice Setting: Hospital-based. Location: Toledo, OH Dates of Coverage: Starting October 10, 2025 Pay rate: In-house Call: $1700/day Call-Back: $350/hr Shift(s) Description: On site presence during daytime hours (consults and emergency room call) off site call for nights, but could get called back in. DETAILS: Call Ratio: Everyday needs to be covered. Trauma Level/Designation: Level I Trauma Documentation System/EMR: Epic Number of Exam Rooms: NA Number of Otolaryngologists in Practice: None Description of Support Staff: None Patient Age Demographic: Eighteen and older only What Percentage of Practice is Trauma, Hospital Based, Clinic Based, Surgical, Non-Surgical: All hospital based.
