Job Opportunity – Cardiac Catheterization Lab RN – Michigan Start Date: February 16, 2026 Location: Michigan Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Every weekend (Friday–Sunday); on-call shifts available for pick-up Highlights: Provide comprehensive nursing care for cardiac catheterization, angiography, and interventional radiology procedures Scrub in for procedures and assist physicians with diagnostic and therapeutic cardiovascular interventions Operate specialized cardiac equipment including hemodynamic monitors, intraaortic balloon pumps, pacemakers, ICDs, and defibrillators Perform a variety of cardiac diagnostic procedures: stress testing, echocardiograms, cardioversions, TEE, Holter/Event monitors, and PICC line insertions Work with Epic EMR system in a dynamic procedural environment Weekend-focused schedule with optional on-call opportunities Requirements: Active Michigan RN license Current BLS and ACLS certification (American Heart Association) Cardiac Catheterization Lab RN experience required Skills checklist current within one year, specific to Cath Lab specialty Two supervisory reference forms completed within the last two years Preferred: Interventional Radiology experience, Electrophysiology experience (1 years), cardiac rhythm interpretation, intraaortic balloon pump operation, Epic EMR, and travel nursing experience Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility Why It's a Great Opportunity: This role offers experienced Cath Lab RNs the chance to utilize advanced cardiovascular nursing skills across a broad range of procedures, from routine diagnostics to complex interventions.
