Anesthesiology opening in MichiganMidland, Mi-Full time Anesthesiology Opportunity Full-Scope Practice in a High-Acuity Medical CenterThis full-time anesthesiology position is based at a 324-bed tertiary care medical center offering comprehensive services, including 24-hour emergency coverage, Level II trauma care, and a wide range of surgical and specialty services. The role involves providing full-spectrum perioperative care, including preoperative assessments, intraoperative anesthesia management, and postoperative monitoring. Position Highlights: Scope of Practice: Full-scope anesthesia care for patients undergoing surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures Schedule: Flexible full-time schedule Call: 1:8 rotation with post-call day offQualifications: MD or DO (U.S. or foreign equivalent) Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure and Controlled Substance License in the State of Michigan Current ACLS and PALS certifications (American Heart Association) Practice Environment:The position is located on a 225-acre wooded medical campus that sees high patient volumes and acuity levels. In 2023 alone, more than 18,000 surgical cases were performed, offering an engaging and dynamic practice environment for anesthesiology professionals.
