Job Title: Temp - Certified Surgical Tech (CST) - OR (Days) Location: Pontiac, MI Job Type: Contract (13 Weeks) Schedule: Day Shift | 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM | 36 hrs/week guaranteed Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our Operating Room team for a 13-week temporary contract. The ideal candidate will have strong peri-operative experience and be comfortable working in a dynamic surgical environment. Responsibilities: Deliver peri-operative care to surgical patients under the supervision of an RN Prepare the physical environment prior to patient arrival Assist in developing and implementing the surgical plan of care Maintain safety standards for patients and staff throughout the procedure Work collaboratively with surgeons, RNs, and other team members Participate in weekend rotations and holiday coverage as needed Shift Details: Schedule: 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM Shift Type: Day shift Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week On-Call/Weekend Requirements: None
