JOIN TEAM TRILOGY: Weekend Package CNA's are vital to the

outcomes. Here are the package details: Works a minimum of 2*(8hr)
or (12hr) shifts every weekend Weekend Package incentive is an
additional $2.50/hour working between the hours of 6pm on Friday to
7am on Monday. Additional shift differentials apply when working

when you join us: Help residents with personal hygiene activities,
turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed
(activities of daily living) Observe and report changes in
residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed
Work as a team to provide the best care outcomes for the residents
