Responsible for day-to-day nursing activities while providing regional support for skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest quality of care, compliance with regulations, and fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate in developing and implementing nursing care plans tailored to residents' needs.
• Provide guidance and support to regional teams to ensure consistent care standards and compliance.
• Participate in staff recruitment, scheduling, training
• Oversee the maintenance of adequate medical supplies and ensure equipment is used effectively.
• Monitor adherence to infection control and safety protocols across all facilities.
• Assist with incident reporting, data analysis, and corrective action planning.Qualifications
  • Nursing Degree (BSN preferred) or graduate of an accredited RN/LPN program.
  • Active RN or LPN license in MI.
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in healthcare settings, preferably in skilled nursing or assisted living.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing practices, rehabilitative techniques, and long-term care regulations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical records.
