• Scheduled Float within the local area, based out of Novi facility
• Team Leader - Looking for Growth and Career Development
• Thrives within a High Acuity team environment
• Full Time - Rotating base schedule 3 days and a minimum of 30 hours a week
• Comfortable working some weekends based on team needs
• Starting and ending times can range from 4:00 am to 6:00 pm
• Average hours range from 12 to 14 hours a day
• Oversee a group of up to 16 dialysis patients with the partnership of up to 4 fully trained PCTs
• Paid Dialysis Training providedWhat does a successful RN look like?
  • At least 1 year of hands on nursing experience
  • Experience within fast paced settings such as LTC / Acute, ER, CCU, ICU, MedSurg and Dialysis (Hemo, PD, HHD, CRRT) ideal
  • ADN / BSN / Diploma in Nursing with an active current RN license in Michigan
  • Confident in working independently as floor lead for patients and team of PCTs
