Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Transplant Coordinator
responsible for managing the transplant process and providing
follow-up care.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee the management of transplant patients from
evaluation through follow-up care
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective
communication and care delivery for transplant candidates and
recipients
Facilitate communication among nursing leadership and healthcare
professionals to enhance patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
Experience demonstrating clinical competency and leadership
skills
Previous clinical practice experience related to transplant
programs
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or an active Nurse
Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
Associate of Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelor of Nursing (BSN)
preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
