What You'll Do:


Oversee all maintenance, safety, and security programs


Schedule and prioritize repairs and work orders


Maintain facility systems: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, grounds, and more


Direct facility improvements and renovations


Serve as the campus Safety Director


Stay compliant with CHI Living Communities and regulatory training requirements


What You'll Bring:


High School Diploma required; college or tech training preferred


7+ years in building maintenance


3+ years in a supervisory role


Knowledge of Life Safety Code & long-term care facility regulations


Long-term care or hospital experience preferred
