Job Summary:The FP&A Manager is responsible for accurate and timely financial analysis related to all business operations of the Company. This will include Fraza Michigan, Vitan Equipment, Liftec, and several other pending acquisitions. The FP&A Manager will assist the CFO will all internal and external management reporting and analysis as well as lender compliance submissions.Principle Responsibilities:Prepare and provide financial reporting and analysis on a branch, division, and consolidated basis to the senior leadership of the company.Responsible for assisting with the preparation of the annual operating budget and monthly variance analysis package for management review.Provide and/or confirm forecasts for sales, inventory, and expenses.Track Key Performance Indicators KPIs in collaboration with other functional leaders and maintain the Balanced Scorecard.Assist with the functional workstream tasks related to the pending acquisitions, including travel within Michigan and out to the East Coast.Prepare weekly cash analysis and quarterly forecasts to ensure proper funding and availability to operating entities.Assist CFO with the data gathering and development of monthly borrowing base and quarterly covenant compliance certificates for submission to our lenders.Education/Experience:5+ years minimum relevant work experienceBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or BusinessKnowledge of U.S. GAAPStrong quantitative and analytical skillsAdvanced skills with Microsoft ExcelExperience with multi-site results consolidationProven ability to develop and implement processes and controlsAbility to create and maintain productive work relationshipsConsistent track record of meeting deadlines
