Our supportive culture, outstanding benefits and competitive compensation package is best in class.Job DescriptionVice President Strategy and Integration provides strategy-based analysis, planning, consulting and project management services that enable US Acute Care Solutions to successful integrate new business lines to the organization including acquisitions, provider groups, and new hospital contracts. Formulates comprehensive integration strategies to ensure the planning and implementation resources align with best practices.
The Vice President of Strategy and Integrations is charged with strengthening the overarching integration operational structure while providing day-to-day strategic leadership including working with senior-leadership to execute the operational strategies and vision for US Acute Care Solutions while ensuring controls, sound implementation of integration priorities, operational quality, KPIs, process development and standardization.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
--- Must be agile and provide steady leadership with aggressive deadlines common to rapid company growth
--- Relationship building by partnering and developing strong relationships with new business
--- Responsible for the overall planning, executing and success of the integration process, bringing innovation, value and efficient execution to our new partners.
--- Direct and guide a team of integration leaders in the strategic and tactical execution and implementation of acquisitions into the USACS business and operational framework
--- Strategically advise on project and practice integration priorities, options, risks, costs versus benefits, and impacts on other business processes and system priorities
--- Responsible for approving the project plan, including the schedule, resource, key performance measures, and financial plan of the project.
--- Drive activities through the various phases and stages while ensuring adherence to the project plan and quality standards.
--- Identify and lead escalation and resolution of critical issues that would influence the new business close date to executive leadership.
--- Monitor and track performance and health of the project while proactively offering guidance in managing and resolving issues and risks of the project.
--- Negotiate conflict to satisfactory resolution of all stakeholders involved.
--- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
--- Responsible to act in a timely manner to update policies and procedures when changes in operating conditions occur, and or breakdowns or noncompliance with laws and regulations appear
--- Assign project managers, business analyst, and integration manager resources to projects or programs
--- Provide transparent frequent updates to manage reasonable expectations of the enterprise, and to keep all stakeholders informed of the progress of all projects and integrations
--- Provide training and development opportunities and serve in a mentoring role for the team
--- Recruit, train, and develop an effective IMO team that collectively defines and manages the projects and practice integrations in their respective portfolios
--- Work with M&A business development and operations teams to identify practice integration requirements and activities associated with Mergers and Acquisitions and joint venture opportunities
--- Develop an integration playbook to consistently address standard aspects of an acquisition integration process
--- Coordinate and facilitate business and organizational selection of metrics to measure the success of completed integrationsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

--- Hands-on lead capable of executing integration plans

--- Develop team through training, mentorship and goal setting.
--- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

--- Detailed knowledge and experience of the complete M&A processes
--- Advanced proficiency in various computer applications, i.e. word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software as well as ability to acclimate quickly to USACS supported software tools.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
--- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or other related field required;
--- Master's degree preferred.
--- Ten (10) or more years of related progressive experience in leading an Integration team in a Multi-site/Multi-state healthcare services organization.
--- Five (5) or more years of commercial acquisition integration or system integration experience.
