Overview: Salary Details: $27.50/hr Job Status: Full-time, Union Position level: Mid-level Shift/Schedule Requirements: Must be able to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs. As a Technical Service Technician, you'll repair and maintain the audio/video systems for Cedar Point. Additional responsibilities include installation, maintenance and repair of digital and analog audio systems, video, projection, data displays and wired/wireless public address sound equipment and RF communication equipment. Daily audio/video setup and tear-down for special events. Responsibilities: Cedar Point provides premiere entertainment with 200 acres of FUN and we want YOU to join us in making people happy. As a member of our team, you’ll… Ensure tasks are completed within a timely manner. Perform repairs on two-way radios. Set-up and strike for unique events. Repair electronics down to the component level. Design and maintain automated A/V control systems. Qualifications: High school graduate or GED. Must have valid driver's license. Must join Laborers Union. Must provide own hand tools. Able to work at heights, including from catwalks, aerial lifts, crane baskets, scaffolding, and structure climb. Ability to demonstrate experience in electronic and Audio/Visual equipment. Willing to work various shifts and days with the ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
