Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This position is for Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support K-12 students in a school environment located in Dearborn, MI. Opportunities for full-time or part-time employment are available, with a focus on elementary students and participation in the evaluation team. The role follows a contract for the current school year. Key Responsibilities: Provide speech-language assessment and therapy services to a caseload of 50-60 students Collaborate with educators and other professionals to support student communication needs Participate actively in evaluation teams to determine student eligibility and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Deliver services primarily onsite with one day per week remote work Qualifications and Experience: Valid Speech Language Pathology Licensure (SLP) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered an asset Experience working with children in K-12 educational settings, especially elementary level Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills Work Schedule: 35 hours per week, 7 hours per day Four days onsite, one day remote work This role offers the chance to make a positive impact on student communication development while balancing onsite and remote work.
