Job Description:

As a Project Delivery Consultant at Johnson Controls, you will leverage our industry-leading smart building technologies to oversee and enhance the execution and delivery of construction projects. Your focus will be ensuring projects are completed efficiently, sustainably, and to the highest standards of security and quality that define our global reputation. This role demands a meticulous understanding of project management coupled with a strong inclination towards innovative building solutions. Coordinate and manage all phases of the construction project lifecycle, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution. Liaise with project stakeholders to establish clear goals, scope, and expectations, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Monitor and report on project progress against goals, schedules, and budgets, implementing corrective measures as necessary. Implement risk management practices to minimize project risks and ensure compliance with all applicable codes and regulations. Facilitate collaboration across different teams including engineering, sales, and customer service to drive project success. Utilize Johnson Controls’ technologies to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction. Conduct post-project analysis to recommend future improvements and strategies for the company. Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project or similar Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Ability to interpret and utilize technical and construction drawings and schematics Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of smart building technologies and sustainable construction practices Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred LEED Accredited Professional or a similar certification in sustainable building practices is a plus
