Job Description:
Senior Manufacturing Cost Accountant Venteon is currently
seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Cost Accountant for an
opportunity with an Automotive Manufacturing Company located in
Metro Detroit, MI. Requirements of the Senior Manufacturing Cost
Accountant Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
Three to Five (3-5) years of manufacturing cost accounting
experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced
Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, sumif/s, pivot tables, and charts).
Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting techniques, as well as
proficiency with financial statement analysis and projection.
Experience in a Lean Manufacturing Environment preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Navision or a comparable ERP system
preferred. Quoting experience preferred. Excellent analytical and
organizational skills, with close attention to detail. Excellent
verbal and written communication skills. Ability to learn new
software quickly. Demonstrates initiative and ownership.
